Welcome to our Rescue Page! At Dublin Creek Kennel we are very interested in helping dogs and cats in our community. One way is to provide a safe, enriching and comfortable kennel for our friends. Another way is to provide a safe, warm and loving place for a homeless dog or cat to use as a stepping stone into their forever home. Our goal was to take in, spay or neuter, vaccinate, work with, train and care for one dog in need at a time. Of course, in rescue, there are always so many animals that are in need of a foster home, so sometimes our one at a time turns into two or three at a time. Please meet our current fosters. All of these great animals are looking for permanent, loving homes. All of our rescues are spayed/neutered and vaccinated prior to be adopted out.

Andy is soft and sweet and even smiles. No, it's not a snarl, just a full tooth sweet boy grin. Andy loves going for walks and car rides and likes to play ball! Andy is shy at first and needs someone to be patient with him and help him to come out of his shell. He is a sweet and funny little guy who would love a family or person of his own. Adoption fee $100
Faye is a little cup of sweet! She is soft and low key and very sweet! We just love her! Faye loves to be held and snuggled. She can be nervous of other dogs, especially large or rambunctious dogs. What Faye would really love is a lap of her very own and a person to hang out with and snuggle with. She is about 4 1/2 months old and will probably weigh about 8 - 10 pounds as an adult. Meet Jimmy!
Jimmy is a 6 month old Chihuahua/Terrier mix that we rescued from an overcrowded, high kill shelter in the Central Valley. He is a silly and funny little guy! He likes people and is friendly. He would love an active family or person to take him for walks and spend time with him! Adoption fee $100
Meet Mike!
To be honest, we didn't really have room to pull Mike, but who can resist him? He is such a little character! He is sweet and funny, a real happy go lucky little guy! We love his looks and his personality too! Mike would do fine with other dogs and likes people too! Mike needs a home where he has someone home a lot of the time with him as he prefers to spend a lot of time with his people. Adoption fee $100
Meet Stanley!
Stanley is a 5 year old male Pomeranian/Schipperke mix. He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is very friendly and outgoing with adults, however, he doesn't care for kids. He would do fine with a small, female dog. He is a quiet little guy, not at all a barker. He is very mellow and sweet and he likes going for walks and car rides. He really likes to play and hang out with his people. We took Stanley to a car show recently and did great visiting with people and just hanging out. This super sweet guy is going to make someone a wonderful companion.
Meet Blitzen!
Blitzen is a 3 year old Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. This poor boy was owned and loved at one time, but somehow found himself in the animal shelter. Sadly, it was an overcrowded shelter in the Central Valley and he was at risk of being put to sleep. We pulled him once we heard how sweet and friendly he was. They weren't lying! Blitz is a sweet and outgoing boy. He loves people and loves training, he even knows how to sit and walk on the leash! He does well with other small dogs, but cats? Not so much! Blitz doesn't care for cats at all so he needs a feline free home! He has been neutered and vaccinated! Oh, and he looks really smart in sweaters;) Adoption fee $150
Meet Emmit!
She is a 1 year old Dachshund/Spaniel mix. This sweet little girlie came to us from an overcrowded animal shelter and she was out of time. She is a really great little girl who loves people and does great with other dogs. She would love a forever home of her own! She has been spayed and vaccinated. Adoption fee $200
Meet Tink!
We can't believe how lucky we are to have Tink! She is the sweet, most friendly and outgoing little puppy. She loves people and does great with other dogs. She came to us from an overcrowded shelter in the Central Valley just before she was to be put down. Tink was born with a deformed front leg. Instead of a normal sized/shaped leg, she has a short, little stumpy there instead, but that doesn't slow her down! We couldn't even bear to call her "special needs" because Tink doesn't think she has a disability! She runs, plays, is learning to sit and lie down and loves to play! She is going to make someone a wonderful companion. Adoption fee $150

Meet Amara!
This sweet girl was a stray who was trapped in the Central Valley. She ended up in a high kill animal shelter where we met her and knew we just couldn't leave her there. She is a very sweet and friendly little cat. She gets along fine with other cats. She has already been spayed and is current on her vaccination. Adoption fee only $30 through the month of July!

Jacqueline is a super friendly and outgoing kitten. She loves to play with other cats, including her brother Joe who is also available. Jacqueline is litter box trained and very playful. She has been spayed, wormed and vaccinated. She is looking for the perfect forever home. And, just look at her beautiful markings. Adoption fee only $30 through the month of July!
